Onsite Training

Onsite Training is available for sales teams that have never had formal training in telephone techniques and telephone selling skills. This program is especially suited for businesses that sell to other businesses (B to B) with the following missions:
Lead Qualification for both inside and outside sales assets.
Account maintenance and other penetrating call missions.
Reactivation of inactive accounts structure.
Team sales (field and telephone sales).

The five major elements of this 2-day minimum program (2 additional days of one-on-one coaching are available) are:

  1. Introduction to the telephone selling sales medium
  2. Business to business telephone selling skills
  3. Business to business telephone techniques; TSR & CSR
  4. Understanding customer buying behaviors
  5. Putting the program on your telephones including monitoring, coaching and the rep feedback loop.
